The terms below govern your use of hellosquadron.com and any conversation, proposal, or campaign engagement that follows. Read them carefully. If anything here is unclear, contact us before submitting the form or engaging us for work.
Hello Squadron is a Los Angeles-based clipping agency that designs and runs short-form video amplification campaigns for entertainment industry clients — studios, streaming platforms, networks, talent representatives, music labels with theatrical content, and production companies. We are operated alongside Squadron.tv, a video production company. References to "we," "our," and "Hello Squadron" mean the entity that owns and operates this website. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor or client.
When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, title, company or studio, work email address, an optional phone number, and a brief description of what you are releasing. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and assess fit. We do not sell, rent, or share submission data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are routed to our inbox via Formspree, a third-party form provider. Formspree's own privacy practices govern its handling of the data in transit. Once received, the information sits in our email systems (Google Workspace) under standard Google Workspace data protections.
Like most websites, we use Cloudflare as our CDN and DNS provider, which logs basic technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and performance reasons. We do not use behavioral analytics, ad trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.
We use submitted information only to:
We do not use submission data to build marketing lists, train AI models, or drive any form of automated outreach. We retain submission data only as long as it remains operationally relevant. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address listed at the bottom of this page.
Pre-release entertainment information is sensitive by nature. Discovery calls and proposal exchanges are treated as confidential by default and are subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request before any specific title information is shared. During an active campaign, we apply additional safeguards including controlled asset distribution, takedown coordination, and audit-trail logging — these are described on the site's Rights & Security section.
This website uses only the minimum cookies required for the site to function and for Cloudflare's security and performance services to operate. We do not set advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not participate in cross-site tracking networks.
This website and our services are intended for industry professionals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
You may use this website for the personal purpose of evaluating whether to engage Hello Squadron for a project. You may not scrape the site, copy substantial portions of its content for republication, attempt to circumvent any security measure, or use the site to misrepresent your affiliation with Hello Squadron. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
All copy, design, photography, video assets, and code on hellosquadron.com are the property of Hello Squadron or its licensors. Hero video clips appearing on the site are used for illustrative purposes and remain the property of their original copyright holders; their inclusion is not a statement of partnership or endorsement. The Squadron.tv past-client logos appearing in the carousel are used solely for identification of past video production work and do not imply current endorsement of Hello Squadron.
Submitting the contact form does not create a binding obligation on either party. A campaign engagement begins only after both parties countersign a written scope of work or master services agreement that specifies deliverables, budget, CPM ceiling, timeline, and other operational terms. The scope of work controls the relationship; this page describes only the website's terms of use and the privacy practices around the contact form.
Pricing references on this website (including the published $5 CPM floor and any indicative ranges) are for general information. They do not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing for any campaign is set in a written scope of work after we have reviewed your brief.
These terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about this page, requests to delete submission data, or any other privacy or terms matter can be sent to hello@hellosquadron.com.
This page is a plain-English summary intended for clarity. It is not a substitute for individualized legal advice. If you are a client about to engage us for a campaign, the master services agreement and scope of work we countersign together will govern that relationship.
